We’ve spent the last 15 years kindly helping our customers find the right instrument for their budget and their family, no matter how much time it takes or what their experience level is. This is one of the reasons that since we opened our doors in Waukegan in November of 2006, we’ve become the top-rated piano store in Chicagoland, with well over 100 5-star reviews across Facebook, Yelp, Google, NextDoor, etc. Then, about 13 years later in November of 2019, we got the keys for our second location at Golf Mill Mall in Niles. As you can see, November is a special time for us!

To make pianos as accessible as possible, we will have a selection of uprights starting at $1499 and grand pianos starting at $2499, INCLUDING delivery! We’ve gone through our whole 30-point refurbishing checklist on all of these pianos, to make sure they’re the best they can be. They’ll come with a warranty and trade-up option, plus a free tuning prior to delivery. If your family has thought that a good-quality acoustic piano was out of your budget, think again!

As you’re aware, there are a lot of challenges facing retailers nowadays: shipping delays at the ports, manufacturing delays, price increases, and more. We currently have a good selection of our most popular models, both new and used. When we help you choose an instrument, we’ll discuss all options available and estimated arrival times for anything that’s currently out of stock so you can make the most educated decision possible.
