Brendan’s promotion recognizes his commitment, hard work and terrific contributions to Family Piano Co these last 3 years. It will also allow Alice, our President, to focus on what makes us great: working with the tech team on pianos, more “face time” with our piano customers, and being the relationship-building, proactive visionary keeping our mission on track.
Therefore, Brendan will be taking over much of the day-to-day running of the business – handling routine inquiries, processing reports and paperwork, and managing employees & projects.
He has been doing more and higher level management, but by making him an official company principal with authority, it’s less confusing to our customers and vendors.
The day-to-day idea, however, is that Brendan will be the “first point of contact” for many of your questions, comments, and concerns. If something needs to be addressed by Alice, it will, but Brendan does such a thorough and efficient job handling business-y things, we’re confident you’ll be happy working with him!
